About the project
This new multifamily development is a collaboration with AG Architecture and developer Land by Label. Interiors by Richmond was brought in to lead all interior selections and support the interior architecture, shaping the identity of the space from the ground up.
Inspired by the buzz of community and warmth of Scandinavian design, The Apiary is a bright, playful take on modern living. The clubhouse balances subtle color with graphic restraint, while the upper-level sports bar and golf simulator embrace bold, optimistic hues. It’s a space designed to feel fresh, approachable, and full of movement; a home base for connection.
